I'm not surprised with the rankings as I too would have put then that way. What amazes me is why is still chinese government hostile towards crypto trading. Though not completely banned but its hard for chinese citizen to exchange their coins.
Because China’s political system is dictatorial. Only one party in China is the Communist Party. They will not allow cryptocurrency to appear in China because it will have a major impact on the Chinese economy and even threaten their dominance. All this is because of politics.Their government has information on all citizens, including the amount of property. But they can't monitor cryptocurrencies. So, all this is well explained.

It's a surprise to see EOS not even in top 28. This too can be a complete hoax. Just generated to me manipulate the price of some coins originated in China or somewhere else. There are no proper source cited and not every chinese letter website are controlled by CPC.

I went through the list and ranked the priority. I find that this chart does not have enough elements of safety and the rankings are not fair. Why are so many Altcoin with low exchange rates still highly ranked? And why are they underestimating Bitcoin?

Well this was a surprise with the Chinese cryptocurrency
rankings.
Ethereum 1st, Steem and Lisk 2nd and 3rd, even Monero
above Bitcoin at 9th.
That must smart for the King of cryptos.
