Yes, I'm an asshole
Let's clarify: Chips had a vote on how uhh... some pool of a profit that supposed to be distributed to eligible players are being distributed, and majority said "automatic" to anyone eligible. But then they did not automatize this? Or did they change the terms of eligibility? Or they missed some people that's actually eligible? Were you eligible?

OP mentioned in the very first line,

This last vault distrobution (December 20, 2024) was given as an expirable BONUS to our accounts, when we as players VOTED for AUTOMATIC dispersments to our accounts on-site.

And to your later questions,

I'm out $80-100 because of this, not a huge sum of money,

Edit: OP please share some proof in terms of screenshots of emails/live chat where you have voted for the automatic distribution.

Yes, but I don't think we get a complete understanding the definitive result of this vote, where majority voted for automatic distribution. Though logic dictate that it was the final result of the voting, I'll much prefer if we cross that T's and get a concrete proof of it, as that result is one of the pillar that built the basis of this case.

While for the "later question", I prefer the I's also dotted as it also has a potent of being the foundation of the accusation or perhaps even the explanation that lead to resolution. Were OP eligible? Were they sure they fulfill every term of the shared-profit distribution and not violate any part of the deal that made him ineligible for it?

With the T's crossed and the I's dotted, I'll try to summon Chips's representative to give their side.

Hi, again. Though I'll need a quick look at my list to get reacquainted with your past cases, your username is being branded on my mind. So... hi, again.

I don't understand so much of what the problem is but have you tried reaching out to the casino’s customer service about this? If you did, what was their response?

What about the other players, are they experiencing the same issue?

This last vault distrobution (December 20, 2024) was given as an expirable BONUS to our accounts, when we as players VOTED for AUTOMATIC dispersments to our accounts on-site. You worded this very specifically when you asked us, the players, to decide how to handle the communal profit sharing your site advertises with and claims to practice.

Problem is, if you don't disperse profits to every eligible person, then you've completley bastardized the scenario and you no longer actually "share" profits.

I'm out $80-100 because of this, not a huge sum of money, but I have to take a stand on how far down the hole you as a casino have gone and completlely renegged on everything from "Unknown" rollover requirements to withdraw, or other ridiculous changes.

I don't expect any professional response by them, but they advertise here and people should know.
