I expected such reviews to take a while if it's casino based games like slots etcetera as a third party(game provider) is involved in the process,  but for a sports game to take this long..I would feel unsettled aswel because from past cases around the forum or the internet its a bad find and serious cases attached!!

And I think no need for the bad blood as I saw this initiate from the other thread,  tbh this could be a case of miscommunication...@Chips take @PedroCunhaYori chips username and take a look into this cases to get to the bottom  of this and close this chapter 😉

Goodluck to all parties involved.

Edit:
Sad that player had to gamble winnings away before resolution Cry

Unfortunately, in your case they hold the balance of power and you cannot force them to expedite the process. At this moment you do not know what the third party game provider is investigating. If you are not willing to wait because you complied with their KYC request and you feel you should have access to your account, you have options such as asking CasinoGuru and/or Askgamblers to arbitrate.

I can accept a review but in a reasonable timeframe which this is not also this is a prelive bet too if it was a live one i would understand but what on earth is taking so long

Yes i see they can do whatever they want , i will take your sugestion and contact askgamblers, i already created one in casino guru but its awaiting approval
Thanks for help

Im sorry but what? a couple of weeks? in what world would i wait a couple of weeks for no reason especially when they also dont give one? what could take them so much time to review?
It's just my observation from the past complaints about delayed reviews that I have seen here. Like I said, I know it sucks, but unfortunately getting angry about it won't make it go any faster. I surely do not know everything they review, but it could range from your account registration, log in patterns, betting patterns, links to other accounts etc
Just like resolving customer complaints, you might find that they are reviewing a few cases at a time and yours could probably be in queue due to the high volume of pending cases thus the long waiting time

logfiles is right, when third party game providers are investigating the process can be long and when you are not given an ETA it can seem even longer. We have seen cases within the forum that have gone longer than a couple of weeks while investigations take place. From what usually happens in these cases, investigations for in-house games are completed much faster.

Casinos and gaming websites do not always explain what they are checking for but if they deem their terms and conditions have been broken, they will take degree of action. Even after their investigations have been completed they do not always provide actual evidence to suspend accounts and refuse withdrawals therefore unfortunately you will have to be patient for now.

It's unfortunate that this had to happen to you, and I know how annoying and inconveniencing it can be, especially when they don't give you any ETA. Maybe the game provider is the one carrying out the investigation and they themselves (chips.gg) are not also sure of the ETA, that's why they have no definitely answer for you.

My suggestion is that maybe you give them a little more time. Perhaps a couple of weeks and see if the issue gets resolved.

I didnt break any rules so i dont know why you are saying that , also this timeframe isnt enough to check whatever there is to check? im supposed to wait untill they want? if they dont get any new info i wait untill next year?
Their system detected something or you wouldn't have gotten put in review status. I do agree with you that it shouldn't take as long as it has to give you some sort of update, but it's not usually the casino holding things up, it's the provider. They cannot provide you with something they don't have yet. Your only option is to wait unfortunately.

Hello over 5 days ago, on 12 november i made 2 deposit and 2 bets on sports betting pre live.

After the sportsbook settled it i went to withdraw my money but to my suprise it said "Withdrawals have been temporarily disabled, please contact support" so i did instantly and my response was:

"Upon checking, we would like to inform you that your account is currently undergoing a review, which has temporarily paused your withdrawal. This is a necessary step to maintain account integrity and security.
We understand the importance of completing this in a timely manner hence we will notify you once we receive feedback from the Sportsbook team.
Once the review is completed, we’ll be in touch with further details.
To help expedite the process, please ensure your KYC verification is complete by following this link: KYC Verification."(time : 12 november 5:31 pm)

Ever since then i have verified fully my kyc for at least 3 days( might be more) and i have asked several times live support for a resolution to which everytime i receive :We have no updates , i also have asked them to tell me the reason why my account is under review which they refused everytime.

So they disabled my ability to make withdrawals , do not tell why, i dont receive a reply from them other than its a sports review( reviewing what?) and its been over 125 hours, do you think this is okay?

What kind of review would take over 125 hours? mind you i only placed this bet since 7th november as i was a member there and didnt really trust them with the problems i had faced already with withdrawals kept failing the previous days( can post here if anyone doubts it)
