Who is he?

He appears to be one of those self proclaimed "opinion formers" and as far as I can see his first venture in opinion forming regarding cryptocurrency is an ill disguised promotional puff for the Onecoin scam.
I should imagine that he doesn't do anything for nothing, not being in possession of a "real job", so I was wondering how much influence he has in the Indian media.
Any attempted linkage between Onecoin and Bitcoin for the sake of legitimizing the former is dangerous for the latter, because when Onecoin does go bang (with a big bang) then the fallout for all crypto will be negative in the mainstream media and possibly governmental/regulatory circles.

What is Kulkarni's reputation like in India?
I know he's U.S. born but he seems to be active in India.
I read that he is a "serial entrepreneur", etc.etc. and then I find him writing complete nonsense about Bitcoin and the Onecoin Scam here.
