Take a look at my merits, It's lucky number
If you want to create a smart-contract, either hiring coder or using a smart-contract making platform, both have their own advantages and disadvantages. If you use a smart-contract creation platform, you will have a hard time in the future if it turns out that there is an error in the contract as mentioned by @redsun114.

Obviously using a tool would be a lot cheaper and many people would prefer that but the reality is that you would never know if there is something wrong with it or not.

But that doesn't mean hiring people doesn't have their drawbacks, you could be scammed by that person (a case study if you don't know the person well), I know of several projects that failed because the smart-contract maker deceived the whole team.

My advice, it's better for you to hire coder, but don't let you not know for sure the character of that person.

I would say getting a coder would be a lot better. Obviously using a tool would be a lot cheaper and many people would prefer that but the reality is that you would never know if there is something wrong with it or not. In order to know if there is something wrong with it, you will need a developers help for it. Many people are trying to build their own projects for as cheap as possible, for free if they can, and make a lot of money.

If you do not have enough capital to hire a developer, you do not have enough money to build a proper product, you should not do it. If your aim is to get yourself rich and do not care about the project, then you would be a bad person, and I am sure we have zero bad people in bitcointalk....

Hi! So I got a question here: is it better to hire a dev team to do my project’s token or use a tool like some sorta token constructor?
Using tool will be only help you in short term but not for long term. that means you must do another stuff by yourself as the tool will help you only to issue your own token. It's better to hire an expert rather than using the token generator.

Hey everyone! I’m not a coder myself, but I got an idea for an RFI token for my team. So I’m definitely outsourcing it but I don’t wanna go in unprepared. Are there any special details I need to know before making it? Also, can I do it myself with a constructor or do I need to hire help?
What you need to do to hire someone who competence to do that, keep in your mind if in the crypto the developers have become a critical part. The successful of project totally depend on the team behind the project and so hire a competence developers was a must.
Anyone here tried using token creation tools? I’m looking for something to make RFI tokens.

I think neither of them, being a developer of an altcoins I think you always need skills for it and you also need being professional basically have the capability of taking care of the thing if anything problematic arises.
if you just hiring and maybe using tools for creating altcoins I think its just gonna be another shitcoins and maybe memecoins that could be exploited easily if there is any vulnerability arises and you have no idea of taking care in regard of that vulnerability,
You must think about that. Using token generator will only give you a token but you didn't know how secure your token is as you are not even creating the contract but your token generator does it

Unless you are into developing some shit coins if not how can an amateur develop a token without team, one of the ways to know a legit token is in the number of the technical team who. oversee the various aspect of the coding and programming down to marketing, so to say an individual can develop a token it may be possible but then with its limitations and advantages. You stated yourselves isn't a coder, and I presume you also lack technical skill. With that, how do you make sure and run your token smoothly, and what happens if there is something wrong, like underlying technical difficulties/problems, what about any integration that the token going to make? you are gonna do it yourselves?

Best to hire the guys who know what are they doing, instead of investing yourselves deeply learn into how the smart contract works, at least if you feel your project is doable.

Depends on your budget actually. There are pros and cons ofcourse, using tools you will have limited application and the rest will be done by yours. If you hire devs, they can monitor and update whats wrong on your need and can help you with the development, only problem is probably the expenses it could be much more expensive than tools.

Hello, I used the CryptEx constructor even earlier when there was no such choice of networks in which to create a token, now they have expanded even more and make it very convenient. As a person who wanted to get his own token, I really liked it, it is much more convenient than looking for a developer and paying a lot of money. So my verdict is that CryptEx is convenient and multifunctional.

[Nope]No hype delivers more than hope
You mean using smartcontract builder platform?
I'm not a developer either, it's just that I think using such a wizard process has limited customization features. You are better advised to hire a trusted developer (I don't know how to find them either) to get the code you want and be able to improve it in the future. And also use audit services to make sure your code is free from backdoor loopholes.
