I am using the asus strix gtx 1080ti overclocked version  and I can say to you that they are awesome
they automatically overclock without me doing anything and they give very high hashrate and also
they are very stable and very good with temperature since they come with 3 fans
i did not try the other brands but i can recommend the asus strix versions for you and i can
gurantee that you will be very happy with it

So I think I have narrowed it down to two:

-MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Ti DirectX 12 GTX 1070 Ti Titanium 8G 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support ATX Video Card

Or

-Asus TURBO-GTX1070TI-8G GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8GB PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

take a look at zotac, they have 5 year warranty

plus they don't put stickers in screws- useful when you need to re apply thermal paste

Why 1070 and not 570? Just curious.

1070 ti not 1070s.  Future proofing, ability to mine most algorithms well and heat.

I have had great success with the MSI Gamer X versions but I would the MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Ti DirectX 12 GTX 1070 Ti Titanium 8G 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support ATX Video Card would probably be event better.  From testing I have been able to OC the MSI ones a bit higher and are more stable than my 2 EVGA cards.  Granted it could just be a small sample size but MSI has me hooked for a few extra bucks I dont mind paying.

I second what gotminer said i have heard nothing good about gigabyte

Thanks for the advice!

Could I mine Bitcoin or Altcoin from my Laptop or PC by using external high power GPU? If yes, advice me where could I get this kind of machine particularly for mining purposes. Other that GPU what are the other hardware should buy for smooth mining and what will be the total cost of complete installation.

I just picked up six EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti FTW2's a couple of days ago.  I'm getting 500 sol/s per card @ 110W per card mining zec after tweaking with afterburner.  Others are getting exactly the same results with the FTW2's.  Based on what I've read on here and test results from others, I stay away from Gigbyte and Zotac's.
