Over thanksgiving we saw a pretty serious run-up, some theories state it was because of all the talking of bitcoin over thanksgiving dinner made people go home and buy. Do you think we could see the same as an effect of Christmas?

Christmas is prosperous. Celebrating the birthday of god. We should be thank that we have a life, we woke up every-day.. And because of it we have to thank that we have a life that we continually still using the bitcoin world.
I quite agreed with you, we have to be thankful to God for Christmas irrespective of whether the price of bitcoin is falling or not, of course a lot of bitcoin investors must have exchanged to fiat so as to use the money to buy gifts, stuffs and donating to the less priviledge to enjoy their Christmas and Thanksgiving.
This is a globally celebrations that has really impacted on the price of bitcoin nevertheless let us enjoy our Christmas with the good tidings of it.

Lolz. It's really true as it already happened with me. You are at least speaking about the time when people gathered from family and relatives together over the thanksgiving and discuss about bitcoin. For me it have happened over normal dinner many times and my family was curious to know about it after the bitcoin went onto news.

Same happened when I was partying with my friends. Those who know about it already started talking about it in the dip and things were like bitcoin is the only last thing which is precious.

Christmas is not the same as the thanksgiving day, you should know that christmas is something that is being celebrated all over the world.. While thanksgiving is only celebrated on the united states.
This will give you all the answers that you need about how it will "affect" the price.

Exactly. Christmas is much different than Thanksgiving. You know that Christmas is the season where people spend so much money and the economical movement is huge for the countries who celebrate this special day. So expect a great increase or decease to the prices, not even in bitcoin but in any products,

But this is not the problem of the thanksgiving, a lot of people invested a lot of money after the thanksgiving day.

And the guy that you quoted in there is right, the thanksgiving is only being celebrated on the United States, while christmas is GLOBALLY.

It means that the population that might be able to cashout people is globally... We are seeing that the price of almost all the coins are going down becuase most people is withdrawing money, but this is just the opposite of what happened on the thanksgiving day.

From earlier i said that christmas and new year will give bad effect bitcoin and other.
Most of altcoin getting lower in value since they move the money or just stop trading for a while. Most of them sell their coins.

Thats right. Christmas I think has more impact compared to Thanksgiving and we are seeing the price now. Though the reasons is not sole Christmas as there attacks on bitcoin by  some bitcoin forks coins, I can say that it Christmas has impact too.
