Heathen bot!  Does it have no soul?

Seriously though, looking at your bot, you will end up in all fiat as bitcoin goes up past your "trading corridor".  That's definitely losing money in my book.

It secretly worships satoshi Smiley

Yes, you are right, all fiat at the upper bound all BTC at the lower bound. Pick bounds carefully. Now I'm trading at 450-1350. If the 1300 is broken, bot is all FIAT and losing opportunity, so I turn it off for the rallies, buy all in, and sit back. Nothing beats plain old HODL during the rally. This one is intended for periods of instability and range-bound volatility. Of course, you should never give this bot all your money, that would be quite silly Smiley

Thanks for the pointer, will test drive & if I like it I'll tip Wink

tip prof7bit, the author of goxtool and balancer bot - you might want to start with that, much harder to lose money with it Smiley

the only time i lost with a bot is when taking manual control. humans are silly greedy monkeys, with no exceptions, remember. bots just follow the pattern of buy low sell high, can't lose.

Which bot are you using ?

balancer / range trader for goxtool (search goxtool).

Can I be so bold to ask which one you are using? I looked at Butterbot & Gekko so far. (trading on EMA)

my bot does not care about xmas.

How much does a bot make?  Are bots more effective than human traders?

It depends how you let it trade Smiley Also, some things can not be completely handled well, like this China thing...

Hello,
I wonder how things will unfold this Christmas.
Sure , lots of people will stop doing trades , watching the prices on x-mas and during New Year , but a lot won't.

How many traders will still be active these days? And will some manipulator try to take advantage of this?
