When can we expect that to happen .The price has risen from what it was when it hit the exchange and right now it is moving around the ICO price and i hope it will break free from this situation at a later stage,it all depends upon the amount of users they project can attract and i hope they could as i am holding some coins .

No significant increase in volume. This is just air at the moment.
But looks the price gives a good signal for us. That means there will be a chance for time token will worth a lot in the future. I can say if that will increase as soon as possible. Just try look at the chart and it seems will be copntinue. Right now there is a trend reversal happening most likely. Volume has gone down. Of course you can hold and wait, but I'd rather wait a bit and see what kind of price movement comes next to see if I could get a better buy. Awesome buys are coming, very soon!
If you have information on what's happening in terms of news, that might of course make this reversal rather short. But I haven't heard anything significant yet. So I've sold out.

where do i buy it? I couldn't find it on Polo
You can buy Time on bittrex or liqui. Time token hasn't listed on polo and you will not be able to find and buy them. Bittrex has a lot of volume for the time token trade which is a good place for you to buy time token.
It is currently traded t the following exchanges: Bittrex, DABTC, EtherDelta, HitBTC, Liqui, Livecoin, Lykke and Mercatox.

Over the past few days, TIME is trending higher. I'm speculating that it will technically continue to trend higher. A break-out to USD19.05, might probably breach USD23.50.
