The minimum ammount we allowed to ship is 3 cartons(( That is why i cannot send you 1 pack - it will not pass our customs.
This makes absolutely no sense.
I have been working on customs topic, and there is no way you can't pass a smaller amount.
Everyone avoid having business with this guy.
