They should have at-least given a good reason for why they decided to close the account. The reason they gave is more like "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" kinda deal.

Not very professional imho.

Yeah. Strange argumentation from support. Looks like they don't want you as a client OP ^^

Anyone else have their account closed at circle? Mine was last month. Everything was fine until I had trouble logging in and had to contact support. 2 weeks later (no joke), I finally hear back from their support. Had to verify my identity which I did. Weekly instant limits dropped from $500 to $100. Couple weeks later I couldn't login again so I contacted support and here is their reply:

We have reviewed the information you have provided us and unfortunately we will not be able to offer you service. This was a careful decision that was made so that we can best comply with federal regulations and protect our customers from fraud.

Thanks for your understanding.

They stopped responding after that  Undecided I'll be honest, when they first went public I had two accounts to get around their limits (most were doing it at the time, couldn't find anything in their TOS against it). First week of November comes and I'm told I could only have one so I picked and they closed the other. I provided my real information through their identification process, used the same debit card and never charged back.
