oh nah, other exchanges has been long done with their wallet update so fault is on citex for dragging this too long. I did check with coinex, tradeogre and bitcoin.com exchange just in case and yeah, all working fine.

Apparently, there is a problem regarding ARRR's wallet update. And it is not only Citex that has failed to make the necessary update. According to CMC, Graviex has also yet to update ARRR's wallet. But if you are allowed to trade your ARRR on Citex right now even pending the update, then I see no reason why you should worry much about the delayed update. After all, ARRR is not exclusively traded on the mentioned exchanges. You can always move your funds to other sites.

As to the OP, a dying puppy is probably not a compelling reason for the exchange to quickly resolve the wallet problem. And, again, since trading with ARRR is still allowed on Citex, then the complainant could have easily converted his/her ARRR and withdraw the funds.

They wouldnt just make out some exclusions and trying out to make some manual withdrawals just because your puppy is dying.Of course they wouldnt be doing that and will follow
on when the update is already done.

this one known issue with them with ARRR community and been going long time now with
puppy just troll in case you didn't get
too many people now got ARRR with CITEX that they will not let them withdraw

If maintenance is going on for almost a year with the exchange team showing no signs of solving the situation, that's pretty much hostaging funds.

Latest announcement from them about ARRR is the suspension of withdrawals and deposits which was 9 months ago!

Using an unknown platform will affect the quality of the support team. They will not have a lot of money for the support team and therefore they will use automatic responses. This if we do not mention that it may be a scam wallet and you will lose your coins.
It is dangerous to place money you fear losing in an unknown platform or unknown currency that you will not be able to withdraw or sell on known platforms.

Actually, citex is not the only exchange that you can trade with arrr and Coingeko never rated this exchange until now.

So for me, this exchange is a scam they only use to say that their wallet is maintenance but they actually stole your funds to trade it on another exchange.

Have you tried to trade it on other coins instead where you can able to withdraw or any coins that are not under maintenance?
If you can trade it inside the exchange then trade it to other coins just to withdraw them. The only problem is they drop the price of Arrr so you can't able to sell it at the $2 price.

maintenance been going on some years now lol
if you follow the general situation with arrr and withdrawals there you will understand what i am talking about

you can even read about it if you go to coinmarket cap and type ARRR (that by the way is an awesome coin with alot of potential)

Anyway found it really funny
and CITEX sucks bigtime you can read about it all over and everyone complaining for their service

After all, you should know that depositing emergency funds on the exchange is a big mistake, right?
