Citicoin has been selected for the pre-listing on Hitbtc, Bittrex, Hotbit, Airexe and more to come in the near future.
However, for the time being the only place to trade Citicoin is on the DEX exchange with BTC and ETH trading pairs. You will need a waves wallet to access the DEX exchange. https://waveswallet.io/
