Announcing MyEtherWallet v3.24.00: Difficulty Bomb&Updating blockchain

Due to the complexity of the Bomb and the increased risk of hacking, we pushed a rather drastic update that implements a number of changes and improvements, including enhancement of efficiency and scalability of the blockchain, acceleration of transaction speed, and additional security in the form new formats private keys which will help protect users against hacking.
If you are using private key or UTC, then you need to go into the wallet and update manually, otherwise they risk being unprotected.

How do i update my Ethereum wallet?

1. Go to our website MyEtherWallet.com
2. Unlock your wallet using your Keystore File (UTC / JSON) or simply use your private key.
3. Click Unlock and wait for the update.

Please note that you need to manually update your wallet, failure to do so may result in funds being lost.

We are taking these measures to protect both you and our network from phishing and malicious attacks.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
MyEtherWallet Security Team.

If you use other methods, then ignore this message.

is it possible that the bounty that i joined is a fake one.??

Yes it is,lot of icos end that way.

Is it possible that i can lost my claims during the campaign period?

is possible that you and other tons of people lost their claims if the ico is a scam.

This is a hard way to learn, but at end you get the lesson, if you will junt to a ICO, read all you can about the business and who is behind it, that help a lot before start wasting your time on a scam.

That happened to me too, it seems that most bounty are scams and won't care to applicants who join their bounty.

On the side note, most applicants are account farmers, joining multiple bounties with every account created. They are too busy in their work that they do not have any time left to understand the project or suspect that project is scam.
People have started forming companies for just doing the bounties in this forum. Do not believe me then see this post yourself.

That happened to me too, it seems that most bounty are scams and won't care to applicants who join their bounty. Some of your reports might be not suitable for what they require specially in signature campaign that you think you complete your task but some of your task got deleted by the bitcoin forum associates. Complain it to the team publicly so that more applicants in the same bounty will be notified and you may get your claim.
Anything can happen. From sloppy / lazy campaign manager to you not waiting enough for answers, from theft in the bounty to broken rules (eg shares invalidated because they've found out you didn't do some requirement) or even fake campaign / fake ICO.
You should post in the campaign page and, even better, in the ICO ANN page, since many just post their status in the bounty campaign and your questions may get lost between so many posts.
This is very true that this will likely happen to FAKE ICO or SCAM ICO.

What is that bounty that you joined?

Those 2 are the possibilities that happened but its likely that your manager didn't pay you as said above.

Post the complaint on the bounty thread so people would read about it.

.is it possible that the bounty that i joined is a fake one.?? Is it possible that i can lost my claims during the campaign period?
Pretty much. I'm pretty sure there has been a lot of bounties in the past that didn't pay their applicants in the end.
