I have an impending feeling that someone is going to file a lawsuit against BFL.  Then as the news spread, other's will join and it'll turn into one of the largest CAL in Bitcoin history.  I'm a closet BFL "customer, investor, financier" or whatever you want to call it.  If a suit ever came into light, I'll have to admit that there's a good chance I'll put a check mark next to my name and join the band wagon.  BFL is pretty much at the choking point of it's enterprise/operation.  With other ASIC manufactures readily available and some already in the process of shipping or already have shipped, BFL is still behind the start line.  Sure, they shipped out a few Jalapenos, however most... if not all... of them are really going to developers and news outlets etc. They can claim to have "shipped" but the fact of the matter is, they haven't because the "real" customers are the ones reading this.

It's nearly been a year now and BFL hasn't even started on the Singles platform (in a nutshell), I just can't imagine the frustration all those customers must be faced with.  As I said, it's only a matter of time when someone(s) finally decide enough is enough and takes matter into their own hand(s).  When that time comes, you can count me in.

Oh, you got a feeling do you. Well...that has to be worth something. It is a feeling after all.
