I have had this happen a few times and found out the issue seems to be the card in question is getting borderline power being fed to it. Usually if you are using the cheap SATA adapters, or are running too many adapters off of a single Molex chain this can also happen. You should also check the PCIe connectors both at the cards and PSU ends to ensure they are seated properly. it is a good idea to reseat your GPU and riser cables as well to make sure everything is seated firmly and making a solid electrical connection everywhere. Lastly, maybe even your PSU is becoming borderline if it is close to its maximum power limit. In some cases a PSU might be fine the first several months of its life when pushed hard, but with time components start to age and eventually the voltage regulation becomes a bit more compromised.
There could be other reasons as well, but if everything was working properly before and now suddenly one of the cards mines fine but does not display the temperature, I have solved it on a few occasions tracing it down to a weak or faulty power connector. In one of the cases the wires were actually burning hot to the touch, so I probably avoided a potential fire at some point down the road.

Hello guys, I need some help : my Claymore Miner does not show one of my GPU's temperature :
- I have 3 GPU
- but the temperature is shown for only 2 of them
Any idea ? I installed last version (v10) of miner, and tried to do a fresh reinstall of AMD Drivers with DDU

Maybe you have activate the crossfire feature and you see gpu 0 and 1 like only 1 gpu on temps
