Hi.
Some mining issues are due to lack of runtimes in the system.
I had a same problem with my claymore software.
I downloaded and installed the microsoft c++ runtime for claymore (mining version) and it was worked.

Upgrading Win10 to Creators edition solved it for me!
With 2x GTX1070 before I got 5.3Mh/s, now I get 57.7 Mh/s

THANKS SO MUCH ! JUST SOLVED IT BY UPDATING WINDOWS 10 TO THE LATEST VERSION. 
I have readed that you need to upgrade windows 10 creators update to get the speed right? Don't know if it helps. Also try if you get to work, try our monitoring software

I will try this driver, and CCminer does not seem to support Ethereum Mining.

So, i downloaded claymore a while ago, and used it for a couple of weeks, it was not of my interest to mine ethereum back then, but with this rise i guess i'm not the onlyone back to it. But now i can't get the usual hashrate i would have back then, i have a GTX 1060 and the hashrates keeps at 2.6MH/s when in the good old days was something like 20MH/s.
