Pretty curious to know what happened? What money were you trying to withdraw from that site? Is it for any service you did or sold anything? How does the site owe you, as what I can see is nothing bet a few under construction pages
A while ago I exchanged bitcoin (stupidly without escrow) for Paysafecard with the user MarkMJ (https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/markmj-382490).
He gave me codes that had already been used and promised me replacement ones. These failed to materialise and so instead he offered me these CheckPointPay vouchers which he said I could withdraw.
I deposited them and a little later tried to withdraw both via Paypal and Bitcoin, neither of which were processed.
