well, I changed the title, I hope everyone will know that it's just a "chance"
What guarantee do you have that the selection process will be done fairly? We’re talking about telegram here meaning there’s a possibility for you to just select your other accounts and present them as the winners and then continue the process for the next sets of users that joins your channel and you’d have successfully gotten free subscribers without spending a dime.
So it would be nice to know that you’re indeed not going to use any dubious means to cheat, it would be better to use an online random selector so that everyone can verify the results to see that the winners were selected fairly.
I haven’t joined any group for quit some time now, but since it’s free I might try giving it a short and see if I gets selected among the winners.
A recording of the drawing will definitely be added. In addition, there will probably be a live stream on Twitch at exactly the scheduled time. If you have any other ideas to make the draw more credible, let me know.
Why not make it exclusive for Bitcointalk users with member rankings to qualify for the drawing and escrow the funds to a legit escrow service, the drawing will look credible and people here will not think that there's going to be cheating, the concern is valid because before you there have been so many similar contest like this that involves cheating.
Anyway this is just a recommendation so there will be no shadow of doubt that the drawing is legit and change your signature to something that will not misled those who will click it.
You are absolutely correct. OP escrowing the funds for the contest can assure the participants that their quest for victory would not be in vain as the funds are already escrowed to a reputable member who would oversee the distribution of the rewards as per the results of the contest.
OP should try as much as possible be transparent in the contest because it is known that in contest of this nature, their are always tendencies of cheating by the host. So to avoid that, a reputable member(s) should be inaugurated to oversee the contest and come up with the result for the rewards if that would be possible to do. I think with this, there would be some level of confidence by the contestants involved in the game.
I want to organize competitions myself and transferring funds to someone I don't know as an intermediary is out of the question. I will send the prizes myself - if you don't trust me - your loss - maybe you will decide to participate when you notice more winners. This is my giveaway and it will be run on my terms - I know that many people have limited trust because they have been scammed in the past, but you have practically nothing to lose here - you can unsubscribe or like on YouTube if you notice that it is a scam. I don't require a penny deposit, so that's why I think your fears are definitely overblown. The drawing will be conducted live, if one of the winners is a bitcointalk user, he will certainly report here. I don't have to convince you of my honesty - you will see it only with time. Some people probably won't believe it until they win - I invite those who want to risk these 20 seconds of their time to take part.
We don't want to waste time guessing and if not for Yahoo's post we would not know what are these all about, do you think this kind of post builds trust creating an unclear and vague discussion?
No wonder many have second thoughts about joining your contest because you do not know how to explain it properly and like all the posters before me it's kind of misleading.
Now you have too much explaining to do.
You shouldn't be so misleading as far as what's in your sig and the title. For those who are curious, it's a chance for 5 people to win .01ltc each by liking a video and making a comment.
I'm not misleading anyone, you're right that you have to subscribe to the channel, like the video and comment (you don't have to pay anything). But you're misleading because it's 0.1 LTC for every 5 winning people.
Your information is too poor and your topic and the content are two different concepts until you give an indepth explanation before people will understand what you mean and for like this it is too shallow. And another thing again telegram is not a friendly place to like and win. The subscription, is it free or paid? And one thing you have to k ow that gambling doesn't guarantee anyone win so if the person didn't win and that means the subscription fee is wasted. Therefore you need to give details and not the skeletons information about your channel but add fresh.
The information has been updated - for users' information, participation in the giveaway is 100% free of charge. If there is a lot of interest, the amounts to be won will be larger and giveaways will be more frequent.
