Requests for non-collateral loans are strictly discouraged in this thread unless the user meets
all of the following criteria:
1. Sr. member and above.
2. Has at least 1 trusted positive feedback or more other positive feedback.
3. Does not have valid/relevant negative trust.
4. Is active in the forum.
I will have the following rights:
1. The right to charge interest at 1% (to 5% for high risk collateral) a day (compound) for every day of delay.
2. The right to confiscate the collateral after 15 days of default (if proper reason with request for extension etc. is not given or is not found reasonable (like for any period more than 10 days).)
3. The right to liquidate the collateral if the price falls below a rate which is equivalent to 105% of the loan amount.
