I will give you 62 BTC for the debt.....contingent upon proof of ownership.
Out of curiosity - what makes you think this is worth that?

I retract my offer upon further consideration.

The account held "1600+ BTC" when you started the thread. You're including the compounding interest from the time this all fell apart?

If so, I'll drink to your sick sense of humor. It's as good a way as any to cope with $17k down the drain!  Grin

Also willing to do hedged offers after a pirate payout:

If pirate pays out, you keep 80% of the remaining balance and I keep 20% of the remaining balance.
My calculated balance (after pirate's interest cutoff) is ~2048 BTC.

Example:
You pay 250 BTC now; if pirate pays out, you receive the remaining 1,438 (1,798 * .80) and I get the remaining 359 BTC (1,798 * .20).

If pirate didn't ever pay out, I'd probably return some back anyway for both of our loses.

before long your calculated balance will be 22 000 000 BTC

Updated balance with Monday's interest and reduced the price to 50% of the account balance.
So you're only asking double market price?

How's this working out?

Is the going rate of pirate's debt still better than 5%?

so people are throwing $10,000 away, selling these at a loss because they will probably never see the money from pirate again?

I will give you 100 BTC.

Given the developing situation, I don't think that is lowball.

I don't think so.  I actually think you are high.  At this point I wouldn't even offer 10 BTC myself.

I hear ya.....but a chance to make 1900% if Pirate somehow pulls a miracle out of his ass is a decent risk/reward.

Kind of like laying 100 on black 13.
