It's funny how when you be thorough to be truthful, you're criticized even harsher. I can't handle this type of critique.

Take care folks. Thread closed. All further comments are ignored.

Toto, PM ME I will help you...
I would advise you against filling this loan request, since his steam account (which is the majority of the collateral) can be recovered easily by him, simply by calling steam support or sending them an email, and the WAVES aren't worth that much compared to the 0.35BTC he is looking for. I would consider this very risky of a loan. (Sorry OP)

Yes, I would absolutely do that if I had the intention to scam, so in my defense, I have to say that I had / have no intention to do that.

My waves account was just sold to MinerJones where I gave him full access to the waves account including the email address associated to it as well. And I got my first trust.

And you're right. It is risky. That's why I said once again this is a hail mary pass for me. I think I'm at a total loss here and will give up on getting a loan. Unfortunately everyone's been burned once, and now twice shy.
We judge others by their actions.   We judge ourselves by our intentions.  It's a very high quality story you posted, much more detailed than the average sob story loan request.  Your collateral, as darkstar pointed out,  isn't good.  And your loan request is large.  Despite what you said, you ought to ask family or friends.  The people on this forum don't love you or your dog.  Your people probably do, so you ought to hit them up.

Fademigo, I apologize in advance for not PMíng you. I read some basic rules as this is my first time and it's highly recommended to air things out in the public to have a public ledger rather than keeping things private.

Did he manage to help out?

We are truly sorry to hear what happened to your dog, but due to elaborate scams we can not take the risk to lend without any collateral.

Edit again: Edited my initial reply. I guess I woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

Wish your dog a fast recovery and whoever gives you the loan prosperity.

You obviously have good English and from your Facebook account you seem like a social person.

There are a couple of things you missed to add:
- How are you going to pay the vet with Bitcoin? You have a history of thrashing E-coin, so you maybe have a good alternative Bitcoin card?
- Mentioning Betcoin makes me think you're a betting man, which automatically means people will be hesitant to give you a loan of this amount

Edit: This is probably closer to the actual account value: http://dota2backpack.tk/index.php?nick=http%3A%2F%2Fsteamcommunity.com%2Fprofiles%2F76561198072263659

I made a mistake with judging too soon, while I'm not an expert.
