it's just reminds me of the site few months ago which require people to upload their government ID completely for the sake of getting the right to claim $5 and so many fools just upload their ID without even thinking twice,peoples ID are cheap nowadays

buy and selling of documents should be considered as a crime,mostly people use it for bypassing website verification and then pay with fraud credit card or paypal,even it's a fake document the result will makes someone getting tricked,this transaction really not encouraged

If that is the case then I don't see why he simply doesn't use his own real information. Localbitcoin is legit and should stay that way. No one want this guys fake documents.
