I've been told the following by a UK contact who regularly obtains money for punters when it is being witheld unfairly from them by UK licensed gambling companies:

"If you're based in the UK and have not been paid it is probably worth contacting https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/ which is a specialist police service for cybercrime including fraud.

It is also worth contacting the UK Gambling Commission, because Anybet.eu are not regulated by them and it is therefore illegal to trade with UK based customers. The UKGC will not help with individual cases, but it is their duty to investigate companies who offer gambling services illegally in the UK. This may help everyone in the medium term.

The big difference here to my usual work is that Anybet.eu is not UK regulated or I would recommend other options, but these two would seem sensible to start with and if they fail there is the option of group legal action."

I sent screenshots to Vitamin C, he can verify.

Yes, he sent me the screenshots and they are legit. We'll see if Anybet.eu will part with their precious Bitcoins as well.

@washington I hope that You are not them, can You provide screen?
They have now put new promo "100% instant sports bonus  6x rollover Double your deposit amount instantly - low 6x rollover!" which should bring many new players and eventually scam all of Us or pay Us and scam the new ones if they eventually wins... this is totally scam or ponzi because this bonus is too good to be payed out.

Update: after about 5 weeks and lots of complaints I received 1 eth payout yesterday.
They sent a "We are happy to announce we have processed your withdrawal!" message which is pretty insulting since it's only a small amount of what they owe me.
It is progress though. There may be a chance for everyone here to get their money.

Has anyone heard back from a SBR complaint? I put in a complaint and haven’t heard anything from them but I’m not sure how long they normally take.

Yes, they have responded and are looking into it! Remind them if it's taking too long (you received a receipt via email when making the complaint that you can reply to).

And again I reiterate; if you've been scammed by Anybet.eu then you need to involve yourself and make a complaint. Just hanging around in this thread and waiting for someone else to solve this for you is not going to get you your money back.

Sent a complaint to sportsbookreview but yet to hear back from them.
Anybet has stopped replying to my support tickets at all now, though they cancel my withdrawal request every few days (the 1 ETH is credited back into my account so they're not outright stealing just yet).
Not sure what more I can do at this stage. Very frustrating.

I checked out the mobile version of the site and i like the way it feels, seems smooth and simple. I definitely wouldn't mind trying this for some of my NFL wagers. I couldn't help but noticed there was no esports section to bet on. Does anybet have plans in the future for esports?

I suppose badjacks99 here an example of the innocent person I was talking about 1 week ago... who will read the opening post and then just throw in a reply (without bothering to read the latest posts exposing the scam).

The moderators of this board need to rename this topic and edit in a disclaimer at the top of the opening post, warning visitors about what Anybet.eu are doing. Or better yet, just lock this thread altogether.

Its been over 3 weeks since I put in my withdraw request and still nothing. Here is the latest message I have from them. Is everyone else wrapped up in this blackjack bullshit or are they holding withdraws for people who just sportsbet too? Here is what they said:

"Thank you for your message. I can assure you we have every intention to pay out your withdrawal as soon as possible. Any user(s) complaining about not receiving their withdrawal on Bitcointalk are upset we won't pay out their Blackjack winnings from cheating. You will receive your cash out as soon as possible."

I just put in a sbr complaint. No matter what is actually going on there 3 weeks is far too long to wait for a withdraw.

Thanks. Their statement speaks to the callousness I was alluding to in my previous post. It’s a really cunning and conniving person replying to those support tickets, trying to stall for more time by making up lies about blackjack cheaters (in order to keep this scam going).

If anyone are talking to Anybet.eu and receiving the same type of answers, ie – ”I can assure you that we have every intention to pay out your withdrawal as soon as possible”, then I will hope for your own good that you do not give them any more time. Complain instantly to Sportsbookreview.com like GoPackGo here just did.

My own payout delays have been going on since 26th August 2017 in case anyone are curious. As of today that’s 9 weeks of stalling and broken promises.

If Anybet.eu are having liquidity issues and are unable to pay out, then the least they could do is make sure their customers have their deposits returned. That’s the one saving grace they can hope for.

I’ve created a ticket with Anybet.eu, offering them the chance to reach a settlement with me where they tell me what part of my balance they think they are able to pay out. I’ll take a symbolic sum at this point, just to give them a chance to prove that they are willing to cooperate. They replied to my ticket with their usual runaround answer: "We will have a decision for you soon. Thank you." How cold, calculating, and heartless is the person typing those messages I wonder.

Unless Anybet.eu decide to cooperate, two things will happen:

1. My representation will be presenting what we’ve dug up on these people to their local authorities.
2. A joint lawsuit on behalf of the victims will be made to take Anybet.eu to small claims court.

And if you’re one of the victims still owed money and thinking “hooray, someone are going to help me recover the money that Anybet.eu owes me!”... then take a good hard look at yourself: you won’t be invited to partake in this lawsuit unless you’ve shown an effort get your money back. As previously stated, filing a complaint with Sportsbookreview.com would be classified as one such effort. You either involve yourself, or you are on your own.

I will not be answering any more PM questions about Anybet.eu from now on. Those who’ve made an effort will be kept in the loop. Submit your complaints regarding Anybet.eu to Sportsbookreview.com and wait to hear back.

They are clearly capable of processing withdrawals as my first withdrawal of 1 ETH was processed (after 5 days and a number of support tickets).
Since then (roughly 3 weeks), they occasionally respond to my support tickets and give vague excuses for not processing the withdrawals.

This website needs to be blacklisted on every bitcoin gambling review website. Complete scam, shocking that they haven't been blacklisted already.
Let me know how I can help take these bastards down.

It's more than a bit disgusting to read on their website...

"In the event of a blockchain split on October 25, AnyBet will credit your available Bitcoin balance with an equal amount of Bitcoin Gold (BCG) at the time of the split."

... when we now know that "credit" means "steal" to them.

I suggest to anyone who have outstanding balances with Anybet.eu and are not being paid to submit a complaint with Sportsbookreview.com.

It does not matter matter what sum of BTC you are being owed. No matter how miniscule the amount is, you should complain to Sportsbookreview.com. They need to get an overview of how many victims there are and what kind of dialogue Anybet.eu have been having with their customers in order to sustain this fraud.

Once there's a better overview of what's been going on there will be options as to how to proceed. A website will be set up with all the details. But for now; do yourself and the other victims a favour by submitting your story to Sportsbookreview.com

As an aside note, I'm surprised the moderators of this board haven't renamed the topic of this thread to something like "AnyBet.eu * WITHDRAWAL NOT POSSIBLE * SCAM ALL PPL". Some innocent person might be casually perusing this topic and see what Anybet.eu were initially claiming to offer, and then not bother to read these last posts.

Anybet.eu are still putting odds up so obviously this scam is still working for them.

... and finally: to the poster who for 2 years went on this forum as "AnyBet": I see you've gone quiet now and have not signed in to this forum since September 17. You're an accomplice to this fraud, whether you like it or not: you've been telling other board members here in PM that Anybet.eu always pay out... and you've been promoting their odds even though you knew some customers were already complaining about not being paid. I know you're reading this and I know you're thinking that nothing of this will ever come back to you. Think again. You've left digital fingerprints. The job will only be a matter of hours for the right people to finish before they tell us exactly who you are. No matter if you're an accomplice or the driving force behind this fraud; your best move now would be to cooperate and help the victims recover their BTC. You can do so by posting in this thread, sending me a PM, or contacting Sportsbookreview.com via the above mentioned complaint form. You have my word that your name will be kept out of this if you choose to cooperate.

It's over 2 weeks now, support are not replying from 11 days, why nobody is reporting problems here? is it only me and vitaminc who's been playing there? don't think so! we will have to take legal actions soon, better if more customers will join together then we will hire lawyer to find and sue them.
Try to ask here on this subreddit you'll find some players there. That's where I first heard about anybet after some random user shared his pick and his betslip. I was playing last week here using my bch until I lost everything.

I also asked there if someone had problems cashing out and only one user replied to my question it took him 1 week with a few support tickets before he got his money.

I just received a reply to one of my many tickets with Anybet.eu (right after I informed them that in 8 hours I turn this matter over to sportsbook agents and my legal representation):

"Hi xxxx. Thank you for your message. We still fully intend to pay off your balance in full; however, we cannot give you an exact timetable for this to be completed in. If our only intent was to scam you or other players, we would not have paid out your cash outs thus far. Thank you for your patience, I realize it is not easy having to wait so long.

What the "we would have not paid out your cash outs thus far" is referring to are 3 payout request processed on my account:

8/16/17 8:22pm   -0.00333600 BTC
9/11/17 11:21pm   -0.25261776 BTC
9/12/17 6:06pm   -1.00000000 BTC

(the moderators on this board can receive screenshots of the above payouts if anyone thinks I am making this up)

I still have 3 BTC in my account and my pending 1 BTC withdrawal has been moved back and forth from "pending" to "transactions" 3-4 times now.

Bottom line for me; I'm giving them more time. It might be a foolish thing to do, but I am all for trying to solve things amicably as opposed to starting up a shitstorm.

I think it would help the people behind Anybet.eu to be open with their customers and post in this thread (it'll only take so long before the moderators of this board are forced to rate your sportsbook with an F). You've had a forum user called "Anybet" promote your sportsbook in this thread, but his account has not been active here since Sept 17th. That is not exactly going to fill customers with confidence that a solution is coming.

Sorry but i have some questions about you and your site.
You said that last season (year?) you paid out more than 500BTC in prize pools. Where is these statistics, i can't see anything in your site about it. Btw did you "exist" as a gambling site last year?!
Also the site looks very simple with small FAQ page, no history or a page regarding your site/company...Why someone to trust you without knowing a few (basic) things?
What about to add also and a page about the Provably Fair system, that you say that you have? A lot of "sites" claims that have a PF system but that's not always true.
So,can you prove it?
the day I see this question on the thread and I discover the Anybet is avoiding to answer this question I know people will end up losing money to this betting site

Hello,
Anybet is holding my 0.8BTC withdrawal from 9/14 8:55am so 76 hours for now when they guarantee payouts within 24 hours. I have made few smaller cashouts before (0.1 btc twice and 0.05) and it was very fast - up to 1 hour.
Is anybody here playing for higher bets and have got their withdrawal processed (like 0.5btc+) ?
Their new 10% bonus sounds shady also, maybe they decided to get as much deposits as possible and make scam from now on? any comment is helpful, I have another 0.8 on my account and I am very worried about this situation.

Congrats to all who rolled the dice with our no house edge dice promotion! The promotion is now over.

Over 10,000 total rolls!

Not really good amount of rolls for a promotion imho, how much is the total wager from those 10k rolls? As the total wager amount is more important than the number of rolls.
Will you give another promotion soons on the dice game?

It is clearly stated on the dice game page that the 0% house edge is only available for limited time. Means that it is just like a promotion to attract users.

This is correct. It is a limited time promotion only with small maximum bet.

The no house edge dice promotion will end tomorrow (Sunday August 13th) at midnight ET.

Play now while you still can, only at www.anybet.eu

Saw it about your promotions, sorry to misjudge this promo. Anyway I saw that you put BCH only or sport games, are you going to put in on pther casino games? Snce BCH right now do not have too much fluctuation, at least on my local exchange. May be to add some other games to support it

How do you figure out what the max wager limit is on the pro-wrestling market? When I bet over the amount of bitcoins I have in my account there's no message saying what is the max bet you will allow.

Checking into this for you... I believe if you click confirm bet, and do not see a warning message, you are below the limit (as long as you are betting an actual available amount in your account balance).

Please see if you can find a definitive answer by Wednesday the 16th. Surely your traders must have some idea what is the max wager you will take on a market?

A new, unproven bitcoin book with no apparent wager limit do not fill me with confidence.

How can it be 0% house edge? There is no way any casino will give out 0% house edge, unless it just a scam site. And I believe your site it still new and no way you will scam right? So can you explain it how can it be 0%? There is not a possible thing to do for new site

Btw I saw there is no gambling site accept bch yet, I wondering if you going to implement more games, may be plinko?

They are giving the 0% house edge for just promotion purposes.
They want to gain the community attention but they need to prove first they have money to pay with.

Do you plan to offer some depositing bonus or other incentives to play at your site instead of proven names, like fairlay or nitrogen ?

Sorry but i have some questions about you and your site.
You said that last season (year?) you paid out more than 500BTC in prize pools. Where is these statistics, i can't see anything in your site about it. Btw did you "exist" as a gambling site last year?!
Also the site looks very simple with small FAQ page, no history or a page regarding your site/company...Why someone to trust you without knowing a few (basic) things?
What about to add also and a page about the Provably Fair system, that you say that you have? A lot of "sites" claims that have a PF system but that's not always true.
So,can you prove it?
