3 people posted reports that he stole.

Not sure what he could possibly say that would convince you to send first without escrow.

Are you in Alaska?  I've got some ice for sale....got a few hours?

Anyways, sorry you got scammed, but thus one was your own fault.  Hopefully we don't see a thread pop up asking for donations now.

not gonna ask for donations. not too bummed as it was a gift to me so it's not a real "loss." i know it was my own fault, i tried to work out an escrow with him for over an hour and in the end it didn't turn out for me. live and learn

just PM'd buyer all the info necessary, including claim code and my bitcoin address

You just donated 200.00 to him.

i know and now he is offline great

Why didn't you read his trust, especially when its bright red?

i did read his trust but i had been talking to him for like 2 hours and he had "been scammed" before today according to his earlier posts so it seemed fine. my stupid mistake

Why are you sending first to someone who is untrusted?

I am buying this amazoncard.

Seller accepts to send first, I will send 0.3 BTC to him right after.

this is just for some sort of public record of the deal;
i will PM the buyer the code and my bitcoin address. once the code is redeemed he will send me 0.3 bitcoins.
PMing the buyer now

Hey all,
I have a $200 Amazon Giftcard that I'd ultimately like to trade for BTC. In the past I've always done my trades on bitmit.net, but they are closed now; but I am extremely reliable. I typically sell amazon giftcards to get coin, as I have in all my other threads. Anyway, I'd really like to get this sold today; ASAP!
If anyone is interested, please shoot me a PM or reply on here. I will be online all day.
Thank you all
