If you only want to buy 1 or 2 instead of 10 at once, maby buying at one of there resellers they sell them separatly , but it still all pre-orders with a release date somewhere at the beginning of may.

Minersource.net is one of there resellers

Thx I'll check it out.

Since groupbuys are not allowed and you've already paid for the order... why don't just receive the order and sell them (here or on eBay) at the moment you actually have them?

Usually groupbuys aim to buy something expensive together (but you've already paid) or aimed towards getting a lower price because of a bulk order (which also isn't the case since nobody is getting any discount)

I haven't paid for them yet. I would've paid them when we would've got 9 buyers. Anyways, I might create another group buy for another miner.

james james james sorry this is a non-starter too. no group buys for blackarrow. also doubts about their roi.

also doubts frankly about you. not you personally, just anyone here who is new here, or even quite 'old'. always use escrow.

your intentions and presentation were great, and could do with a little more research, like keeping an eye on minersource and bitcoinwisdom or other profitability calcs. good luck

I'd also like to point out that on April 30th, $3.7 per GH is going to be terrible. Not only that, they aren't even guaranteeing shipment by Apr 30 and they aren't even guaranteeing hardware specs.

Their groupbuy statements set off major red flags to me as well. Does not feel right.

However, I think your GB was setup nicely OP -- just don't like the company.

Hey this is just a warning, but I am pretty sure that group buys of the X-1 aren't allowed because Black Arrow has a deal with DZ Miner Coop / bobsag to sell them through Miner Source. If you read the bottom part of the description for the X-1 on the Black Arrow website it clearly states that GBs aren't allowed.

On the page you linked for "View full specs here" it says the following:

Group buys: Group buys are not permitted. We will cancel any order that we discover that is a group buy and will refund the payment minus 10% that we will charge for our time wasted in this matter. By placing an order for this item you agree with the above.

I hope you are aware of this and there is no problem... Thought I'd let others know at least!
