in case i fail to pay the lender will have whole rights to have the code or can cut the interest from the final payment of the project. So just asking the forum for help. 
This is not a valid collateral.
Something that would be considered in exchange of a loan to you must be easily liquidated.
You should read the stickies pointed out by condoras before applying for your loan, and make a proper loan request.
Or close this thread, because in it's current form, nobody will fill your loan request.

Did you read the appropriate stickie about Collateral validity?
Because "services" or "future income" doesn't consider as one.
I mean, i will return the amount in 5 days for sure, but if i will get a new project so it will be returned before 5 days completion.
