You got a point. The POS interest is copied from MintCoin. IPO is used to create a capital for a business. Since there is no business mentioned in the OP... IPO is for what?

I only see plans.. no concrete business plans. There are a lot of coins out there with enough money for development... how can you compete? IMO it will end up in a fail coin.

Escrow will be putting their reputation at risk. Its like Tony hawk who participated in the hover board prank.
