You won't pay out a dime and I know that for a fact. I was proven wrong in my earlier statement calling Elifeur trustworthy.

Always funny when a confirmed scammer is crying on the forum about someone being not-trustworthy lol.

D) You would report him to daniel whenever you got the chance. Also, you talking about honor is quite convenient as you seem to lack it the most out of anyone here.
To add to that, he made literally 80% of his funds from bab & ec.
But you're right. Maybe both parties at fault here.

The thing is, Enzo is already muted on all of his bustabit accounts that I know of, Daniel doesn't mute scammers unless they're directly phishing in the chatbox, or if they're spamming or being overly obnoxious. Daniel has said numerous times that he will not intervene in user deals and suggests not to transact with any other bustabit users. I do not respect Enzo for his scamming, in the same way I do not respect you for refusing payout and profiting off of stolen accounts.

We are absoloutely not refusing payout.

Since the bet was illegitmate due to the fact Elifeur did not know what he was betting on.
He thought it was for the multiplier.
Elsewise, it would be paid out to enzo, no problem : but we personally believe due to this the bet should be V O I D.

We will pay out to the people enzo scammed as this bet was not done in a fair way, and he is not a fair person.

Oh, so you know he's a scammer? Great. Then I'm sure you will agree that if Elifeur owes Enzo money, then said money should go straight to the victims of Enzo's scams.
I don't know what arrangement would be made, nor do I really care, because it is not my position to care, all that I know or care about is that Elifeur owes someone 1000$ and that the website busts.io is not to be considered trustworthy in it's current state of leadership and site content. My goal with this post is to make people aware of this site's shady actions, if a donation to victims or whatever needs to be made, then so be it.

We respect that you're looking out for your fellow man.
Our argument is that there was a miscommunication which i'm pretty sure the bet should be void, as it is not a fair bet.
We're aware of how we look.. trying to fix it Sad

The money should go the people [who need it the most] who you scammed.

Enzo repeatedly said he trusts elifeur to be fair.
I assure you we would not lie over $1000.
Anyone claiming so is calling enzo a liar.

I stated I trusted him to be fair until he began saying it was all a big misunderstanding and that he doesn't have to pay and neither do I. That's when the scammer in Elifeur came out.

Firstly, you were NOT SCAMMED $1000.
There was a bet where if you enzo was right he would get $1000. After 1 hour, it came apparent that both sides had a miscommunication where elifeur thought they were talking about the actual multiplier code [1.1x, 2x, 3x etc] and Enzo assumed that the topic was about the actual gameserver.
Due to this, i believe that the whole bet should be void.
If the population here disagrees then i will make sure half of the betted money goes to either a charity of choice or a giveaway here on bitcointalk, but i do not think someone who steals money from innocent people should deserve it.

B)
Went through this on another thread.
However, we will purchase the license soon and remove all pirated content in the coming weeks, if you do not trust until that you do not have to plah.

C) Elifeur is not the owner of the website.
His actions do not represent the site itself.

D)
Enzo has been harassing elifeur since elifeur stopped tipping him $200 a day on bustabit, and has been jealous of him for as long as possible.
He's doing this for monetary gain and thats all he's ever interested in, stealing money from innocents and he did not make this thread for anyone but himself.

Let us know about what we should do for A.

A.) Making a wager, saying deal, and then refusing to pay when you're proven to have lost, is called scamming someone. The miscommunication, as I've stated before, was ONLY on Elifeurs side. Elifeur did not articulate what he meant correctly before saying deal. Therefore he agreed to exactly what he said. Which is that the game server is different.
B.) You cannot operate legally without a license. Anywhere.
C.) Eli IS the owner, as proven apparent by several screenshots he's posted publicly showing admin specific functions he has access to on his site.
D.) I haven't harassed Elifeur at all. I wouldn't go as far as to say I'm jealous of him, but anyone can make money illegally, there's no honor in that. Trust me.
To further that, I don't think I spoke to him again until his site opened, as he sort of disappeared from Bustabit once he made his goal.

Nobody had lost as the conclusion from your end was coming from Daniel. +, despite what you may think elifeur is not stupid.
He would not assume 'game server' which he knows is in the repository, (he has been on this multiple times i assure you he has known it exists.

B) We won't be operating without a license much longer. Did your clone have the license may i ask?

C) It is known he has full access to the site.
Why?
He's the co-owner. I'm sure it goes without saying. If you asked us if he had full access, we would say yes.
Clearly we're not hiding it if hes going to post screenshots in the server

I will be content when busts's leadership pays out to someone + issues a formal apology to Daniel of Bustabit for the plagiarism of its code, however I believe the latter has already been done to *some* extent.

Any bet with made Enzo should be deemed illegitimate as he is a scamming fuck. If anyone does indeed happen to owe Enzo money, I would suggest looking into finding his victims (of which there are many) and paying them reparations instead. The scammed amount is (self-reportedly) in the tens of thousands. Add me on Discord or PM me here and I will get you in touch with all of the victims, show you proof, etc. I also have Enzo's pics, name, and city for those who've been affected. Fuck this dirty lowlife scammer. OP is probably his alt
I am not Enzo's alt, I am completely neutral with all parties involved in this situation, I am writing this scam report because the conversation that lead to this bet and this dispute were started by my independent comments about the plagiarism busts.io performed in stealing Bustabit's homepage. I am well aware that Enzo is a scammer, but the fact that he is such does not by any means void the bet, I do believe more proper precautions should have been placed such as an escrow and further articulation on the actual terms of the bet, but by no means do I feel that it should be void. I believe a fair settlement can be made in which a portion of the original wager is paid out rather than the full amount due to the miscommunication on Elifeur's end.

Well, the fortfox site didn't make ALL of elifeurs money : alot of it was from gambling on bustabit, ethercrash and such.
In addition, since the launch of the site the ownership of the site was transferred to KingSales and Elifeur has not stocked in a very long time.
Furthermore, although the accounts are stolen elifeur just sold and bought. This is still unexcusable but i'm sure it cant be as bad as enzo scamming innocent people around this community.
I apologise if you do not trust elifeur to handle your funds, if so, as others have stated there are much more reputable crash sites to visit and play and in coming time we will release an update to our site to try and prove ourselves, through buying licenses and cool gimmicks not seen anywhere else! [we'll remove the plagiarism..]
I'm not certain why stealing people's accounts in which they have paid hundreds, or even thousands of dollars for vbucks on is much worse than actually scamming people, considering you're selling accounts with hundreds of skins which cost more than a few dollars each for only pennies, you've obviously sold enough of these to make a very hefty chunk of change, the value for you may be much less, but the actual value that cracking accounts has taken from the original account holders has a high probability of absolutely dwarfing this.

I believe the bet is voided because there was a miscommunication and both thought they were betting different things.
That's why i believe the money should go to somewhere else, as enzo thought differently and so did elifeur -> (to be realistic would a known scammer such as enzo really pay this bet if he lost in a fair way)

There's no way to say who won the bet because
Elifeur thought the bet was about the multiplier code not being in the source code
Enzo thought it was about the game server.

Both were right in what they thought so its hard to tell who won,
Sorry if i didnt explain this properly.

Didn't bother reading the thread but it should be noted that Enzo is a notorious scammer. I'm the owner of the largest bustabit Discord group and I've witnessed Enzo independently scam 100s of people. There are at least 25 people on Discord I know personally who can attest to being scammed by Enzo, including a personal friend of mine. Enzo also scammed me multiple times, including stealing my entire Stake balance.

Any bet with made Enzo should be deemed illegitimate as he is a scamming fuck. Why should the money to go to a charity or be given away? Your bet was directly with Enzo himself, not with the charity, not with bTalk community, you owe him that money. And who are you to speak about stealing from innocents? Your casino is literally bankrolled with funds obtained by selling stolen accounts. This thread is not made by Enzo, this thread is made by ME, I am FW/YourNeko.

As for your response to C, you are the administrator/Owner (atleast according to your admin status on site, owner role on discord). Why would ANYONE trust someone who profits off the hacked accounts of innocents to hold their funds?

Id also like to speak to the real Eli, you are Willy, you are in control of his forum account, this report isn't addressed to you, it is addressed to him and his site.
