It does? I've ordered from dealextreme a number of times. I think i've spent well over $5k on DealExtreme, so i can tell you that it is legit, and it does have worldwide free shipping.
If you want to try it out just order something cheap! It's not that big off a loss. The cheapest items there go for less than a dollar

I'm starting a FPGA mining op (see https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/starting-a-new-fpga-mining-farmcontract-cognitive-resurrected-onhavelock-67547) and need cooling! I remember seeing one post offering tons of fans, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
I'm interested in 5-12v 80mm fans. I'll need 12. I'll also need 19 USB A to Mini-B cables.
