I think the extra problem is that although they might not all be bots. It is very hard to know if even 1% of the followers even know what a Bitcoin is. All the tweets from this account are pretty random in general and do not have anything to do with Bitcoin at all. For that alone, I wouldn't pay more then .2 BTC for this.

Currently I have an offer of about 40 xpy thats $800 since each XPY will = $20
I also have a 2 btc offer. But Best offer gets it.
2 BTC for such an account is a very high price imo.
