I know, please correct me if i'm wrong, it's sad that we lose 20% hashing power, at least we'll be getting the miner right? rather than hash late-and-never-get-a-refund-miner experience. I'm okay with this. Hope we hear more good news.

We have been informed by Cointerra that we do not qualify for the extra hashing power due to the fact that we have ordered the machines for Early January Batch. The extra power is being given to those who had ordered for late December batch and, because of some issues Cointerra had, didn't receive the machines by the due date.

We apologize for the delay with the replies. The TerraMiners are expected to arrive by the 15th of January 2014. We haven't received any emails informing us of extra mining power but we have contacted Cointerra to double check.

If you're using escrow or planning on it, it's not a requirement but we do prefer if you can email us with your txID, payout address and signature details for your payout address (and payment address if its different) as well. That way we can back your case better in future if there is a problem as well as manage the billing and customer service better.
