LoyceV, I have checked the conversion rate. It's 0.00398 for 0.19 ETH, which is very similar to the one I have listed above. Will I receive this amount or any fee will be deducted from the amount? Just to be sure.

Looking at the reputation of the user it's not much worrying to deal with him some small amount of ETH. I think something wrong with this user however if the worse case is that you got scammed then open a topic in the scam accusations topic.

You can trust them with small amounts but be careful with huge deals.
