Sorry I did not get what you meant by Local bank. Also, $15 is too small considering PayPal fees will be like $3.5 to send to the US paypal or another country outside the EU. I assume you are not in the EU or UK.
Yes, minumum would be around $100 so I can cover the fees for the tranfer from my end and thus minimize my loses. But if you are in the EU/UK i can do a lesser amont as its free to send.
Maximum depends on how much I have with me. Right now around $400-500

Complete $190 trade with Pharmacist. Still have got around $500 to exchange. Would be great to do it in one or two transactions since PayPal acts weird sometimes and throws errors. Rate is 1:1
