I have been in touch with our customer support and then security team regarding this case. This account in question was suspended by our security team due to a suspicion of double spend fraud and then providing documents for KYC verification.
For us to proceed on this case and to come to a settlement, our security team needs to reliably verify the account holder.
Also, this locked thread looks familiar to our security team. Does it look familiar to you?
