never than ever, at most we could just leave the negative feedback for abusing the trust - trust moderation has a risk of moderator abuse and exploitation. AFAIK not even spamming in the trust system could get you banned.
It's a grey area... If it's clear that the abuser is spamming (leaving the same text for tens and tens of users), sometimes trust is removed... I've seen it happen before, but it's not very common, and only for the really bad cases.

While Trust isn't moderated, what that user has done is clearly spam. Contact Badbear and wait. That person has no weight on your Trust and the spamming of feedback makes that obvious.
all i see right now is you crying over the fact that someone on the internet doesnt agree with you or something. first off, scams are not moderated on this forum, its not the admins' job to hunt down each and every scammer or troll on the forum, its your job to detect those and avoid them. following that statement, the admins do not ban users for scamming or suspicious behavior. if youre getting trolled by someone on the internet, either learn to get over it or get off the internet.
The user will not be banned and most likely the trust will not be removed either.If you spend some time around you can see a lot more abuse than that and the only thing you can do is just ignore that spam as all the other users do.It takes a lot of time to check them and is not worth it .
Do what they do on Ebay - give him a negative back if it really was a false statement rather than an unfortunate misunderstanding.

Like Shorena said, the trust page isn't moderated... I know it's not fun having a negative remark on there, but i'm afraid there's not much you can do...
If i were you, i'd PM lovevps1 and kindly ask him what went wrong... explain the fact that you don't recall doing any business with him, and ask if he/she can show you the tx-id's from the transaction he/she did with you...
If he doesn't answer, and it's important enough for you, you can make a thread in the reputation section, but chances of getting the neg revoked are slim if you chose this option.
All in all, red trust from an untrusted member isn't the end of the world, but i understand it's not fun.

Its a trust system, not a trade feedback system. To have traded is not a requirement and could not be checked anyway.
