People won't trade with you for the simple reason ... Paypal is irreversible payment method and you are low ranked account .
If you want to do this transaction , you try Virwox.com (however the fees are little bit high so you won't be getting the rates that you want) .
Yeah, I agree. I won't go to virwox would rather withdraw this money and make a wire transfer to coinbase and buy from there.
I had few trades in the past here (can be checked from the feed backs left on my account). So, I thought maybe some one in need of PayPal would get ready for this deal.
