I have an at&t rooted galaxy note 3 32gb. Lots of roms available. I upgraded to the s6. Escrow preferred!

Because AT&T locked the bootloaders to any phone that took the OTA past that version in teh USA - That means, I cannot run any custom roms that I would like to. I already got burned by a guy on Ebay who told me he was on that FW, then i got the phone and it's on the next version so he took the OTA without knowing or scamming me. Samsung's updates blow physical fuses on the board, making it un-downgrade-able.
Edit - if anyone knows of a good smartphone that can do the following let me know:
1. Removable battery
2. SDHC slot
3. Rootable, able to load custom roms like GPE latest, without Safestrap.
4. A good selection of roms. - I dont mind downgrading at this point, locked bootloaders suck!

Thanks but yeah, that's too late of firmware version. I am probably out on a limb here looking for someone who hadn't updated their phone for the last two years, but i'm trying. I see now you are right about the usa fw version, sorry!

I'm in the USA on the AT&T network so I don't think it'd have the Canadian firmware
Few notes though:
Top corner of glass is cracked but does not impact display
Front facing camera does not work
Would not be shipped until end of May when I upgrade to a new phone

I got one I am selling AS-IS due to a fault with the phone where during calls you can't hear people and they can't hear you.
