It seems Newegg has them for 409.. so i think i am just going to keep it.. find somewhere to use it instead.. if not i will just ebay it.. goes for the same price as what people have been offering..

You may want to adjust your pricing since this card brand new is cheaper from several reputable retailers.
Brand new replacement I just got from Diamond Media yesterday. Radeon HD 7970. This was a replacement for a 5970 I had to send in for warranty and they send me this as they cant get 5970's anymore.
