Bro, i am buying bitcoins for paytm cash. That means, suppose, you give me 1 bitcoins, i will give you Rs. 16,300 paytm Cash. So you are getting 10% more in paytm cash.

I mean that you add shows 16,300INR rate.

But Current rate is around 15000INR now.
So its 1300INR more then the market price , so u  are asking above market price and there is no discount.

As per your comment, Bitcoin Price is INR 14,700
You are getting 10% discount which is approx. INR 1,470

So you should get it at INR. 16170 and you are getting INR 16227/BTC as Paytm Cash. So its around 11% discount!
