I apologize for being so quiet these last few days, was a bit busy. We were indeed overcharged on the VAT so I'll have to send PostNL a letter complaining about this.
However, I shipped your packages today so they should arrive within a week. I'll send the tracking number and shipping price later on. Same goes for the leftovers, I'll check that tonight and add information about that in the PM.

The package has been deliver to the closest postal office but their scanning machine broke so I couldn't pay for it and take it with me.
Pay for it? Yes we were hit with VAT and the like. All I know right now, is that it's a total of 96.67 euro. Once I have the package (either today or tomorrow) I'll be able to check the manifest. This to ensure that we were charged correctly (so 6% VAT and not 21% VAT).
If they charged to much I'll send out a letter to PostNL with a copy of my previous conversation with them.
I'll keep you guys up to date about any developments. Also please send me a shipping address so I can give you a shipping quote as soon as I have the Kialara's.

Okay, this group buy is now closed. I've also had a talk with Kialara which boils down to free shipping of the Kialara's to me, so that's a big plus.
Even though the Dutch customs have told me that 6% VAT is what we are supposed to pay, I've decided to keep it at 21% as you never know what customs will do. Any leftovers will be returned. Also, this payment does not include shipment. It's much easier to deal with this once the Kialara's have arrived.

Extra costs
- We need to pay VAT to import the Kialara's into The Netherlands, which is the largest extra cost we have (we do not have to pay import costs). It's currently at 6% as I've proven that these are art pieces.
- The disbursement fee of the used postal service (UPS charges 2.5% with a minimum of € 11.50, PostNL €13, EMS €17, etc.).
- The bubble wrapped envelopes. €2 for 4 pieces.
Terms
- The group buy won't happen if not at least 3 Kialara's are ordered.
- Once the group buy is closed for new participants the final price will be determined and split between the participants.
- Any BTC that is left over (because the package wasn't checked, the BTC value went up, etc) will be evenly distributed between the participants.
- If we are somehow short of BTC, I'll cover it up front. The amount of BTC will be evenly distributed between participants. Your package won't be sent if you don't pay your part of the debt. If you don't pay at all, your Kialara will be sold to cover the cost and any leftovers are kept.
- Terms can be changed at any moment, so please keep track of them (important announcement will be posted in the thread).
