A newbie account claiming to have a 15K account balance and offering no proof really looks like its a scam.
I would highly avoid this "deal" as its likely you're just going to get your hard earned BTC ripped out of your hands and scammed..

Looks to me like it's you and damn you stink. More then likely these funds were obtained via fraud or OP just cracked a password, got lucky and now it's "his" account. Just my opinion though so deal with caution.
