I would like to sell the digital code of a $200 ThinkGeek gift certificate for only $120. Bitcoin is acceptable, though USD (through PayPal) is preferable.

The code of the gift certificate is used during checkout when making purchases; it is not for redeeming the $200 at once as account balance.
You don't have to use the entire $200 on one purchase. It works kind of like a credit card: You can use it for several purchases until there's no remaining balance left.
