I used the blockchain API for a while, but it seems like the callback doesn't always work or is very very late.
I didn't check the code, but could do it if you need it later on.

The script works. You might be submitting the URL incorrectly on the callback (urlencode) in your API call or the database handling code could be throwing errors.
