Finally got a reply after 3+ days with instructions for shutting down my account. I've met all their requirements, so we'll see how long it takes for me to receive.

Ticket is still unresponded to after 2 days and 11 hours...  Undecided

Anyone know what's going on with bitstamp? Does it usually take them 2 1/2 days to respond to tickets?

You'd think they'd at least send an email that they received my support ticket.

I have an account I'm trying to close on bitstamp. I sent them a ticket to close my account with an address to send the remaining balance to, and I haven't heard back in over a day.

Is that normal? How long does it take to close account and send me my balance?

I'm getting worried. Hazek, please contact me if you read this.
