Not on any of these big ones, there are other companies that allow the rental of hardware that you can mine on. The issue is that essentially it all comes down to the same thing, you're paying more than you're earning.

But here's more info:
It's against the rules of AWS
Azure don't have explicit rules, but will likely ban your account or reduce your resources

And you'll pay more than you will pay

I think no. These services doesn't allow to use for mining. You maybe able to start a script, but they will ban you if you get caught. Top of that, these won't be profitable even if you can mine successfully. Thats all I know, good luck.
