Morning all,

@rodimir92 - I'm really sorry for the delay in processing your withdrawal. I can see you have PMed with your Cloudbet nickname so thank you for that, I'll pass on your details to our support teams and ask that they investigate the delay as a priority. I'll report back with any updates I receive ASAP.

EDIT: Just to update - I've been told your withdrawal has now been processed. Everything should be sorted now, but if you experience any delay with your new request then please let me know and i'll escalate for you.

Thanks,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet
Why when this kind of stuff happens, your support always close the chat in the customer's face instead of giving him an explanation?

Try creating a complain thread on AskGamblers’ website. I don’t know how they work, but I’ve seen many casinos (includong Cloudbet) answer to scam accusations when inquired there. It’s a famous and trusted website/forum after all (and no long term gambling website wants to be painted as a scam there).

Did not you know that they are selectively scamming players? Google: "cloudbet scam"

Game Protect enforces Cloudbet claims.

I doubt the 300 BTC case was real!

I knew but I know people which played there and got paid.. So decided to give them chance...

Update:

They are now closing chat everytime I ask for withdrawal, what a sad site  Grin

Dear sukilica,

Thank you for contacting Cloudbet support. My apologies for the delay with your withdrawal.

I will inform the Payments team of this matter to see if your withdrawal can be sent out at the earliest convenience.

Thank you ever so much for your understanding!

Should you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask.

Kind regards,

Stefano

Cloudbet Support team

This was  the last answer. Sent xx mails after that and got just automatic replies  Sad
Also must note that live chat is not working for me in 95% times. In 5 % times they just close chat when it comes to withdrawal related questions...
