Don't expect everyone on the forum to go to Couldbet and ask their customer care to pull up some details for you. When you are making an accusation, you should be providing as much details as you can. Right now I see you only posted a response from them and it's in plan text. How would anyone know that it was really sent by them?

Do you have your bet history, deposit history, history of the conversations. Screenshots can be manipulated. It's better if you have a screen recording. If you have no access of the account and have not preserved the evidences then your chances are near to zero to get attraction for the case.

I really would love to help out OP, perhaps try to put in some pressure so that cloudbet can resolve the 5-month-old issue much quicker, but OP isn't helping himself by updating the post with relevant information that has been requested of him by the members.

I know there might not be much effect here, but I could start by leaving their profile some negative feedback and maybe suggest that he contacts different independent mediators to help him out push his case, but I can't do that if the post does not even contain any proof.

If that's what they say, then add some more patience and just play what they've said that it will take for 6 months. I know it feels to be disappointing when it's truthfully too long for such review. A month is even that long already but 5 months and then asking for another one, that's crazy.

Try posting it on their thread so it will get more attention by their representative.
Checking an account for five months is strange. I don't think I can be this patient. Even if they discover any infringement by this user, it has taken too long to handle. If this client have broken or disobeyed the terms and conditions, then the management should tell him his offense and stop delaying the customer. I have high regards for Cloudbet and I am sure this issue will be sorted out accordingly. But one of the features of a reputable gambling firms is their ability to handle customers issues promptly and I think Cloudbet will consider this and save thier reputation.

To be honest, this is the first time I've heard of such a lengthy honesty check on an account. What's taking so long to check?
If muratkarabag is not withholding anything from us, it all looks very strange to say the least.
Based on the reply on him, it's all about "integrity investigation". I haven't heard such investigation type that's said to be integral that's taking a lot of time and it's a lot of hassle for the player.

I've heard investigations that has been done a week or two and even for 1 month but this is something else. Well, we can't do anything on it but just to give the support the idea that op is already exhausted and waited a lot.

I guess there's a way for it to be expedited and that's why he has to go to their thread and make them informed that it's quite unusual for the process to go that long.

Well, this is showing irresponsibility to their players who have played there and this is how they treated them. All casinos don't like it if their player keeps winning. But, they should understand that house always wins in the end and they should remain fair. Cloudbet has solved all of their previous scam accusations while they were around this forum. But, unfortunately, they did not come to this forum for a couple of months now. When a player waits for his account review for more than five months they keep sending an automatic replay, this is not acceptable. Every player from this forum and outside of this forum should stay away from Cloudbet until resolving their issue.

Regardless, just update the OP with your proof for this accusation. I know there are existing the same complains like this towards cloudbet but with every accusation should have a strong evidence that this and that happens.
This might not help you getting replied/reviewed on their end but this kind of thread will serve a purpose to their future users to avoid using such site for good sake.

Even if the casino ended up scamming you. You will have an explanation from them why they blocked your account or why it's been under review for five months.

As OP said, He cannot access his account anymore. He didn't take any screenshots before. It's been five months, and now he forgets how much his balance was. BTW, Cloudbet has more active scam accusations.

As evidence, my account was blocked, I wanted to enter the site and get evidence, but it did not work.

I don't even know my remaining balance, I had coupons open, I had around $1000 balance.
Returning to your case, did you use multiple accounts on the Cloudbet platform? Or a different IP/Household? Because if you violate this condition, you will definitely find that your accounts have been blocked or suspended from the site, and any balances you have will be frozen. The number of this rule is 7.1.10.2

What I noticed about Cloudbet on this forum is that they are not active, if you check the gambling board, you can see the casinos with active official accounts, those are the ones that can be able to resolve your issue very fast, make use of such gambling sites. Activeness is very important.
