Afternoon all,

Freshair246 - Without knowing your Cloudbet nickname or registered affiliate email address I’m unable to check your account to confirm, but as @DarkStar_ mentioned this is usually caused by one of your referred players going on a winning streak and pushing your rev share into negative.

If you email [email protected] with your details they will be able to check and confirm if this is the case.

Thanks very much,

Ronnie @ Cloudbet

I never use Cloudbet, but it's impossible Bitcoin balance is negative, unless the Affiliate calculate rewards based on affiliated player losses (which means your affiliated player wins all the time Tongue).

That's exactly what it is.

It's not a Bitcoin Technical Support topic. You need to move it to the scam accusations board.

By the way, have you tried contacting their customer service? Also, If I am not wrong then I see your balance is minus value for some reason.

What's that for?
