hi,

i had the same Problem, i take a deposit and then the i get the Error "Incorrect nickname, email address or password", i recover the Password, but it don't work. What was the Solution? I want my Money back!

Edit: If you wanted to PM me the screenshots of the issue I can also attach them to your ticket which may help speed up the process.

I can post here the screens and I can take a video about the password reset that doesn't work.
Do those and contact their support "again":

Hi,

I registered an account and after I deposited I cannot log in the account anymore.

Support said I needed to delete cache and cookies. This is wrong and anyway it didn't work
I even tried with different browser.
I can post here the screens and I can take a video about the password reset that doesn't work.

I will show that I try to reset the password and I will show the password typed on the keyboard,
than I will try to log in and...nothing! Someone else with the same issue?
